The Atlas Building
The Atlas Savings Building, located at 5644 Broadway, has been fully renovated using Historic Tax Credits and Housing Credits to create 3500 sf of retail space and 15 high quality affordable apartments. The ground floor will continue to be used for retail and the historic terra cotta façade is fully restored.
